Q + A

When Should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP by November 30th, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you as not attending.

Is there parking?

Yes! Ample parking is available at The Loft.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 11:30, please arrive at least 20 minutes before that time to allow time to find parking and finding your seat. We will start promptly at 11:30 and if you show up late, you will kindly be asked to wait outside the venue until after the ceremony.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

We understand that January is a colder month, but we are planning for an outdoor ceremony. We are planning to have blankets and outdoor gas heaters for the ceremony area. This is weather permitting, of course. If it is below freezing or raining, we will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We would love for all of our friends and family to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you please put your phone away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We are paying a lot of money for a photographer to take photos, please let them do their job! We are more than happy for you to take photos and videos once the ceremony is over. However, we ask that you DO NOT post anything on social media before we do.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal. Take this as an opportunity to dress up with us! We just request you do not wear jeans, and women please refrain from wearing white dresses. If you have any questions, please contact the bride.

Can I bring a +1?

Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend. If we are allowing you a plus one, your invitation will indicate as such. We would love to keep our wedding an intimate event with close family and friends.

Can I bring my child?

While we love your children, we have opted for an adult-only wedding (unless in very immediate family). Please take this day as an opportunity for you and your significant other to have a fun day out while your kiddos are with their sitter.

What food will be served?

We are having a brunch reception, with our main course being a Breakfast Burrito station, as well as plenty of traditional brunch sides. When you RSVP, please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. For non-alcoholic drinks, there will be water and sweet tea, a coffee cart, as well as various juices at the Mimosa Bar.

Will there be an open bar?

Since this is a daytime wedding with a brunch reception, we will only have champagne and mimosas. We want the focus of the day to be on celebrating our marriage, and we feel that too much alcohol might take away from that. We want everyone to be present with us, and that might mean being (mostly) sober.
